The success stories that will define the different urban solutions, as well as the future of architecture, engineering and construction, have been the main topics discussed at the hybrid event organized by MWCC and Autodesk at La Nave Madrid.
The round table, led by David García Núñez, President of MWCC, has had the participation of Oscar Liébana, Coordinator of the Santiago Bernabéu Project at FCC, Angel Niño, Councilor for Innovation at Madrid City Council, Javier Lozano, Deputy Director of BIM at Adif and Camilo Jiménez, Technical Sales Specialist at Autodesk.
Construction is one of the industries with the greatest potential for evolution in terms of digital transformation. And for this reason, it is time to promote plans and initiatives that improve digital competitiveness, adopting actions such as the implementation of a digital culture of permanent use of ICT, which will improve processes and develop new business models within the sector.
Beyond BIM management and implementation software, it is necessary to incorporate collaborative workflows and multidisciplinary communication that generate profiles with a great capacity to adapt to economic models, which are in continuous transformation.
The event has had more than 200 people connected via streaming and more than 50 people in person, which is undoubtedly a successful call, thus demonstrating the interest of stakeholders in innovation and digitization.
