MWCC was present at the XV SENDA Awards, awards that recognise the effort and dedication in the care of the elderly. The event brought together representatives of associations, foundations, companies, professionals and public administrations. This annual event organised by the SENDA Group pays tribute to those who work to improve the quality of life of the elderly and promote their autonomy and well-being.

The ceremony was presided over by Her Majesty Queen Letizia, underlining the importance of this recognition in the field of social and health care.

The Senior of the Year Award was presented to journalist Iñaki Gabilondo, who expressed his gratitude for the recognition and highlighted the importance of the sector. The Professional of the Year Award paid tribute to the different professions involved in the care of the elderly. Social workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, geriatric doctors, nurses and home help aides, among others, received the award in representation of their daily commitment to the elderly.
