MWCC takes part in the 20th Corresponsables Yearbook conference in Madrid

More than 30 representatives from all interest groups participated in the special edition of the Corresponsables Conference held in Madrid under the title ‘20 years of the Corresponsables Yearbook: Lessons and challenges for leading Sustainability’. More than 390,000 people followed the event in person or via streaming.
Marcos González, the President, Editor and Founder of Corresponsables, its Foundation and ObservaRSE, said that ‘it is a pleasure to be back in the IESE auditorium celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Corresponsables Yearbook’ and emphasised that ‘we have more than 800 registrations, which is a record that nobody could have imagined a few years ago.It is a complicated time with so much polarisation and ‘anti-sustainability’ discourse. We believe that commitment to these issues is more necessary than ever. I would like to thank all our allies for their presence on this day. It seemed that sustainability had taken hold despite the fact that at the beginning I was advised by the employers not to launch Corresponsables. Nowadays, with the growing anti-sustainable trend, this type of event is more necessary than ever’.
In the words of the president of MWCC, David Garcia Nuñez, “Corresponsables has celebrated 20 years of committed, responsible, sustainable and social journalism. May words continue to unite people in the interest of a better future”.
