MWCC has participated in the annual Trends 2025 meeting, ‘Transforming to Transform’, organised by CBRE, a global leader in real estate services and investment management, which is a founding partner of MWCC.

The meeting brought together prominent leaders, experts and professionals from the real estate sector to discuss the key issues that will shape the future of Real Estate.

This action served as a platform to analyse the transformations that the sector is undergoing and will undergo over the next 10 years in a context of accelerated change, highlighting the importance of sustainability, technological innovation and adaptation to new social demands.

The key trends that will redefine Real Estate in 2025 were presented, such as the rise of flexible and collaborative spaces, and the impact of digitalisation on real estate management.

MWCC participated in inspiring keynotes by Spencer G. Levy (President of Americas Research and Senior Economic Advisor at CBRE) and Adolfo Ramirez - Escudero (President Spain and Latam CBRE) as well as in panel discussions that addressed topics such as the real estate trends of the coming years.
