MWCC promotes young talent by participating in the ‘Match Your Company’ of the Nebrija Institute and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hackathon of the UAX.

At MWCC we reaffirmed our commitment to the new generations by participating in two outstanding events: the ‘Match Your Company’, organised by the Nebrija Institute, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hackathon of the University Alfonso X Ede la UAX, held on the campus of Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid). Both initiatives have been key spaces to inspire, guide and work together with young talents who will lead the future.

In the ‘Match Your Company’, we connected with students interested in learning about the business world through 20-minute sessions, where we shared our experience, resolved their doubts and brought them closer to our professional reality. This dynamic format allowed us to create a close and enriching atmosphere that fostered a very positive exchange of ideas.

On the other hand, in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hackathon of the Alfonso X El Sabio University, we immersed ourselves in a day of innovation and teamwork. The participants, in a collaborative environment, developed creative solutions to current challenges, combining technological, strategic and creative skills. We had the privilege of accompanying them in this process, sharing our vision and learning from the transformative ideas that emerged. Two teams responded to the challenge proposed by MWCC, ‘new uses of the metropolitan forest’, a key and fundamental project to achieve the social, environmental, financial and governance sustainability of the city of Madrid.

These meetings not only reinforce our commitment to education and talent, but also highlight the importance of building bridges between business and academia to face the challenges of the future.
