MWCC has been present at the conference organized by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce on ‘The urban aspects of the Omnibus Law of the Community of Madrid’

A conference that has addressed the relevance of this legal change, which improves territorial and urban planning and promotes economic activity in the Community of Madrid.

The economic improvement is due to the elimination of unnecessary urban charges and modernizing the administrative organization.

During the conference, measures were explained not only for the improvement of territorial planning but also for the Environment, as well as the way in which urban activity adapts to the new social and economic realities. In addition, a legal approximation of the new regulation in urban actions such as coliving and cohousing has been made.

The institutional closure was carried out by the president of the Madrid Business Confederation-CEOE, Miguel Garrido de la Cierva; the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, Ángel Asensio Laguna, and the Minister of the Environment, Housing and Agriculture of the Community of Madrid, Paloma Martín Martín.
